Elvis!

Today was a pretty normal Saturday. We slept in a little, then got ready and split up to go visiting for our Sunday school classes. When we were done, Caleb and I had lunch then went to Wal Mart to get some things. BUT When we pulled in, we noticed a little food stand and a stage set up where these two redneck guys were singing. After driving closer and surveying the scene, I noticed "Elvis" was walking around talking to the bikers who were assembling. After watching him for a while, Caleb and me go to laughing. We watched until he went inside the store, then we went in but didn't see him. He was singing when we got back out, but by the time we had brought the van closer, there was this other redneck singing about "Maria". Too bad we missed hearing Elvis sing ;) People here really go for that kind of stuff, but we just chuckle at them.

Missing the Fam

The family from Australia left today, and I miss them already! Our visit together was not nearly long enough. Hopefully we'll see them again soon!

Today is spaghetti day at school and the smell of garlic bread is wafting up the hallway. I'm going to go check it out ;)
